Welcome to Bethlehem Class

Welcome to the Bethlehem Class page.  Here you will find information about what we are doing in class and photographs of us. Mrs Moger is the class teacher, with Mrs Spencer covering the class on Monday afternoons and all day on Tuesday.  Mrs Hurrell is the class teaching assistant.

Although it has been a little different than planned, we have thoroughly enjoyed learning about the 'Amazing Americas' during our lockdown learning. The children, with your support, have engaged so well with our topic work. Now we are back in school, we are excited to continue our work on the Americas with a focus on the 'Wild West'. Don't forget to visit our class page for regular updates!

The Colour Monster

Science - Sound

We have reached the end of our first unit in science - Sound. The children have had a great time learning new facts about how we hear and can now name parts of the ear and their functions. We have carried out our first fair test where we investigated pitch. We have made string telephones to support our understanding of how vibrations travel. We have investigated volume and studied sound waves. We have very busy and have had lots of fun with our learning.

Please take a look at some photos from our lessons.
